It is granite coating on casting. As it is known, granite coatings are materials with very high temperature resistance and very low surface tension. Due to their low surface tension, no material adheres to the surface.

In order to achieve better results,

Before the first use, apply liquid oil to our products and leave them for 30 minutes, then clean them with detergent, so you will increase the performance of the product. 

After removing the baked product from the oven, let it stand at ambient temperature for about 10 minutes. During waiting, your cake will come out more easily due to the difference in surface tension between the cooled cake and the mould. 

Finally, metal forks, knives or spoons should never be used in the mould. If scratches occur on the surface, it will be difficult to remove the cake from the mould.

 In addition, if you lubricate your cake mould before use, you can use it more easily.

It can be washed in the dishwasher. However, it is recommended to wash by hand instead of dishwasher in order to preserve the fireproof, non-stick feature of the product for many years.

Cannot be used in microwave oven.

It should not be in direct contact with fire.

The reason why the product is lighter than other cast moulds is related to the model of the product.
